Workshops of the University of Technology are among the best in the country

From October 29 to December 15 a competition for the assignment of the status «Workshop of the Year» was held among the professional educational organizations – recipients of grants.

Its goal is the increase of vocational education prestige and identifying the best practices for effective use of educational institutions' workshops created in the framework of the project «State support for professional educational organizations in order to ensure the compliance of their facilities and resources with modern requirements» of the Federal Project «Young professionals» of the National Project «Education» of the state program of the Russian Federation «Development of Education».

The founder of the competition is the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation.

In the process of examination, the main organizers of the competition analyzed 94 applications from professional educational organizations from 42 constituent entities of the Russian Federation. All participants of the competition were selected in three stages in six nominations. And at the XIV International Congress «Young Professionals» the Deputy Minister of Education of the Russian Federation Dmitry Glushko officially summed up the results of this competition.

The University of Technology won the second prize in nomination No. 4 «The number of students of the educational organization studying in the professions/specialties included in the declared direction of creating a workshop».
