Information Security Training Laboratory

The training laboratory conducts laboratory and practical classes in accordance with the educational standards "Information security", including profiles "Organization and technology of information security", "Information and analytical systems of financial monitoring", "Security of telecommunication systems" and "Economic security".

Laboratory's facilities:

  • Specialized computer class with studing seats for students, equipped with software and hardware systems for protection against unauthorized actions, means for monitoring and destroying information, means for monitoring integrity, antivirus packages. In addition, on the basis of this computer class, practical exercises are conducted on the educational platform SOTSBI - guard;
  • Training stands on acoustic and vibroacoustic protection of premises, covert channels and methods for protecting information on power supply networks and low-current networks;
  • Analog and digital equipment and complexes for radio-electronic measurements, means for active information protection, multifunctional information leakage simulator, video surveillance equipment, etc., which allows flexible deployment of stands for illustrating educational material at practical classes and conducting laboratory work.

The available equipment makes it possible to work simultaneously at 18 group workplaces.
