25.10.2019 THE UNIVERSITY ENGINEERING CENTER MEMBERS TOOK PART IN THE SERIES OF SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCES

The middle of October can be called the Week of Scientific Conferences. In the period from October 15 to October 18, three large scientific forums, devoted to research and development in the field of composite materials, were held in Russia. Hundreds of scientists, specializing in the most advanced areas of composite materials development and future technologies, gathered to share the best practices with colleagues and tell about their own research.

On October 15-17, the XXII International Scientific and Technical Conference "Designs and Technologies for Obtaining Non-Metallic Materials Products " was held in Obninsk. Within three days, 500 delegates from Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Germany, France, Macedonia, Belarus and Ukraine exchanged experiences in the production of high-tech products from polymer composite, ceramic and glassy materials, and also discussed the development trends in these areas.

On October 17, the VII Forum “Composites without Borders” was held at the Center for Digital Leadership in Moscow..
On October 18, the IV All-Russian Scientific and Technical Conference "Polymer Composite Materials and Manufacturing Technologies of the New Generation" was held. The conference was dedicated to the 110th birthday of Alexei Tumanov, Prof. , D. Sc. in engineering, corresponding member of the USSR Academy of Sciences.

The members of the University of Technology Engineering Center “High Temperature Composite Materials” took an active part in these events. The report “Automated Installations and Advanced Composite Materials Manufacturing Technologies developed at the University of Technology” aroused interest among conferences participants and was highly appreciated by the scientific community representatives. The authors of the report are Chesnokov A., Startsev V., Timofeev I., Andreev V., Perevezentsev V..
