University of Technology entered the International Ranking «The Three University Missions»

31.08.2020 «The Three University Missions» Moscow International Ranking 2020 was released. There are 1,500 universities from 97 countries, including 101 Russian universities.

Russia, the United States and China made the global top 3 by number of featured universities. It should be also noted that the students of the Russian universities become prizewinners in the prestige international Olympiads 5 times more often than U.S. students and 4 times than British students. Russia, Germany, and China are running neck-and-neck in academic staff to student ratio, followed by the United Kingdom.

The University of Technology entered the ranking along with the leading universities of our country.

Dmitry Grishankov, Director General of RAEX (International Group of Rating Agencies), said: “«The Three University Missions» is the first global university ranking to respond to the changes in global education due to the COVID-19 pandemic. A broad range of criteria allowed us to evaluate changes in the interaction of University and society (increasing number of online-courses, shrinking internet audience of universities in the countries attractive for international students). These data have already had an impact on the ranking issue we are publishing”.
