25.11.2019 FESTIVAL OF NATIONAL CULTURES AT THE UNIVERSITY  OF TECHNOLOGY

Today the Festival of National Cultures was held at the University of Technology. This event is being held for the third time at the Space Engineering and Technology College of the University of Technology. And every year the student involvement in the organizational process and ways of interacting with each other rise to a higher level.

During the organization of the festival, the students become even more united, hone their team skills and learn to listen more carefully to each other in order to enjoy the festival preparation itself and play the planned performances harmoniously.

Both for foreign students, of which there are more than 500 people at the University of Technology, and for students from Russia, this festival is a wonderful opportunity to share a piece of their national culture with each other. The University of Technology is always happy to welcome the student initiative, it is why every time the participants of the festival are more and more immersed in the history and traditions of different countries across the world and amaze the audience with their choice and deep knowledge.

This year, the students of the University of Technology, the Space Engineering and Technology College and the Technology and Design College presented Russia, Israel, Belarus, Ukraine, Mexico, Georgia, Portugal and Uzbekistan as a part of their outstanding performances. The performances, thoroughly prepared by the students, made it possible to demonstrate their dancing, musical and oratory skills. Video presentations including a detailed story about each country immersed the audience into the atmosphere of the multinational holiday.

Also, all the guests had the opportunity to try the national cuisine prepared by students and evaluate their culinary abilities.
